2-day Human Resource Management Course

Project Human Resource Management concentrates on staff acquisition getting the human resources needed assigned to and working for the project. In this seminar we will discuss tools and techniques for negotiating with organizational units to acquire skilled staff, team building activities and leadership issues involved in managing a project team.

Communication effects everyone involved in the project. A successful Project Manager will make sure all project team members work together to ensure proper project team communications. This module describes the activities required to ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination and storage of project information.
