2-day Risk Management Course

The failure of project managers to assess project risks has been a major cause of project failures. Project managers must take the necessary steps to mitigate risks without compromising the dependability of the project plan. Risk management requires the determination of future events, their chance of occurrence and their impact. It then requires a choice of actions to mitigate against these risks.

The Major PMBOK processes covered are:
  • Risk Management Planning
  • Risk Identification
  • Qualitative Risk Analysis
  • Quantitative Risk Analysis
  • Risk Response Planning
  • Risk Monitoring and Control
The course includes lectures, slides and hands-on exercises.
All material and parking is included in tuition.
