2-day Scope Management Course

This course helps participants identify what is essential to ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully. Scope Management defines what is or is not included in the project. Completion of the project scope is measured against the project plan.

The Major PMBOK processes covered are:

Scope Planning
Scope Definition
Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Scope Verification
Scope Control

The course includes lectures, slides and hands-on exercises.
