Advanced Project Risk Management ONLINE PDU-class


The Advanced Project Risk Management on-line course will expand your project risk management knowledge and skills and introduce you to risk management techniques that you can apply right away in any project environment.

Learn at your own pace and have 24-hour access to on-line course topics including:


        • Tools and techniques for identifying a project’s risks
        • Determining which risk events should be focused on first
        • Improving risk management decision making by using techniques such as Expected Monetary Value
        • Strategies to eliminate or reduce the negative impact of project threats and enhance the positive impact of project opportunities

The course consists of five lesson lectures on advanced project risk management techniques (including audio and visual course materials).  Lesson examples, quizzes and multiple choice questions are used to reinforce each lesson’s key learning objectives. Completion of this course will earn 10 PDU’s towards your PMI® Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR’s).
