The Advanced Project Risk Management on-line course, The Advanced WBS Concepts on-line course, and the Earned Value Management on-line course have been developed in a format appropriate for participants to earn 10 PDU’s.  All coursework can be completed 100% online and does not require any instructor-specific interaction. These courses have been developed referencing book(s) currently available from the PMI bookstore and/or PMI Practice Standards and articles from recent PM Network magazines archived on the PMI website.  Course materials will not be delivered to course participants – instead, lecture materials may be downloaded & printed by the student if they wish a hardcopy.  This course is self-contained and students do not need to purchase books, subscriptions or memberships to complete the course. Students may wish to acquire the reference materials separately and PMI Standards manuals & PM Network articles may be downloaded free of charge by PMI Members.

• These PDU online courses are appropriate for students seeking to earn Professional Develop Units (PDU’s) to support on-going Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR’s) in an on-line, self-paced format. 

• The courses stand on their own as a unique learning experience AND it can be combined together with other Key Performance on-line courses to form a comprehensive Key Performance Professional Development Program.

• The on-line PDU-courses consist of five lesson lectures which all include both audio and visual course materials.  Lesson examples, quizzes and multiple choice questions are used to reinforce each lesson’s key learning objectives. Completion of each course will earn 10 PDU’s towards your PMI® Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR’s).
