The Program Management and Exam Prep online course describes the specific roles and responsibilities of a Program Manager and how these duties relate to Project Management and Portfolio Management. Topics include a detailed review of the Program Management Life Cycle, Program Benefits Management, Financial Framework and Program Governance.
This course provides an excellent foundation in preparation for the Project Management Institute’s Program Management Professional (PgMP®) credentials examination as well as adding to the knowledge base of senior managers or experienced project managers who are undertaking Program Management responsibilities.
Learn at your own pace and have 24-hour access to on-line course topics including:

The course consists of seven lesson lectures on Program Management (including audio and visual course materials). Lesson examples, quizzes and multiple choice questions are used to reinforce each lesson’s key learning objectives. Completion of this course will earn 15 PDU’s towards your PMI® Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR’s).
