Project Scheduling Professional (PMI-SPSM) Prep Class

An interactive course where you will learn advanced scheduling and time management tools and techniques needed to cultivate and evolve the effectiveness and efficiency of your project schedules and timelines.  Candidates for the PMI’s Scheduling Professional (PMI-SPSM) certification will benefit from topics ranging from the fundamentals of the Schedule Development Process to more advanced topics drawn from the Schedule Model and Good Practices found in the PMI’s® internationally accepted Practice Standard for Scheduling (2007).
