Once we establish that Six Sigma is right for your organization, we will conduct classes to introduce your executive staff to the benefits of Six Sigma. Our Executive Coaching workshop is designed as a one or two-day course aimed at executive level management to raise awareness of what Six Sigma is. Your team will learn how to assess the role Six Sigma can play in achieving your company's strategic objectives, and how the leading Six Sigma companies are achieving high performance results. They will also become familiar with the tools and techniques embedded in the methodology, and why management is the key to a successful launch.
Once you have established a member of your management team to be responsible for the logistical and business aspects of the Six Sigma program. Key Performance consultants will train them on how their role supports the efforts of the Black Belt both logistically and organizationally. Our Six Sigma Champion Training consists of two days of training on what Six Sigma is and the roles and responsibilities of a Champion. An additional day of training is scheduled two weeks following the champion class to assist them in selecting projects for the Black Belts to work on during their training.
