Ravi Behara, (Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology & Operations Management in the Barry Kaye College of Business at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton. He has taught Project Management at the MBA-level for over ten years. His current research interests include managing Biotechnology discovery projects and applying advanced analytics in services. He has published a variety of articles on Service Operations in academic and practitioner journals and books. His business experience includes working as a consultant in new process development projects and as an electrical engineer in building power plants. Dr. Behara holds a Ph.D. in Service Operations Management and undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and in the Physical Sciences.

Lotta Collard, (MS in Project Management, BS Marketing, PMP® ) is the founder of Key Performance LLC. She brings a totally integrated background to Project Management instruction with 10 years of project management experience in the Information Technology Industry, consultant for Technisource Inc., corporate trainer and business owner. She has delivered workshops in PMP® Exam Prep Certification, Project Management Fundamentals, Risk Management and Scheduling and Cost Estimating.

Roger Ellis, (MSE, MBA, BS, PMP) has more than 40 years of hands-on experience in project management, Six Sigma, implementation of lean manufacturing, design for assembly and manufacturing, workplace design, productivity improvement, leading and managing work teams, competitive analysis, operations management, and production and inventory control. He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level in the areas of business and project management, and has conducted project management and manufacturing seminars at Arizona State University, the Institute of Industrial Engineers, A.M.A., and the Six Sigma Academy. Mr. Ellis has developed and conducted training programs for manufacturing companies worldwide and is an active member of PMI®. He is a member of the International Society for Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) and is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Jesus Garciarivas, (MBA, PMP) has over 17 years of experience as a program/project manager. His business experience includes owning and operating a successful business, managing the deployment of SAP 4.6 for Hewlett Packard in Latin America, establishing a PMO office and governance model, operations and IT. Jesus has taught IT and Project Management courses at the university level and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Harry Mingail, (PMP, CBAP, Six Sigma Yellow, B.Math., B. Bus.) has 30 years of consulting experience in portfolio/program/project/interim management, management consulting and business analysis for businesses, governments and universities. Drawing from his books (Project Management Entrepreneuring as well as Business Information Technology Strategic Planning) and articles he has written, Harry has delivered 12 years of project management, business analysis, strategic planning and interpersonal skills seminars, web-based virtual sessions and workshops in North America, Europe and Asia.

Phil Reinke, (BS MS-Management/Org. Psych, MBA) More than 30 years experience in Industrial Engineering and the Process Improvement fields. One of the original 30 GE Master Blackbelts; he continued to 4 other successful Six Sigma deployments, as a division Process Improvement Leader, Executive Coach/Mentor or the Deployment Champion. His career spans Food Processing, Retail and Commercial Banking, Credit Cards, Money Transfer, Finance, Automotive, Rail-Transportation/Supply Chain and Education. Phil recently authored the best-selling book "Pinewood-Winning by the Rules" and "The New Brass Ring-Process Improvement for the 21st Century". Phil is also a regular contributor to iSixSigma Magazine in the "Ask the Expert" section and as a feature writer. Across his career, he has taught Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management around the world to literally thousands of people.

Jane Stewart Somerville, (MBA, PMP®) has over 18 years of business experience in the Information Technology industry. She has developed and taught courses in project management and international business and provided consulting services for project management, business management and quality initiatives. Her experience includes establishing corporate PMO's, initiating Scorecard and Six Sigma Performance Management efforts, analyzing business risk and security exposure and developing corporate training programs.

Marvin Wurtzel, Marvin Wurtzel (MS Engineering Management, BE(Electrical)) has over 40 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Six Sigma and Business Process Management (BPM). He has implementation of lean, six sigma and BPM at several major corporations as an employee and consultant. He has taught graduate level courses in quality management and six sigma for the National Graduate School. He is a regular speaker and instructor, for both online and classroom courses at the BPMInstitute.org. Mr. Wurtzel has worked and consulted for major corporations throughout the United States. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality and a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Barbara Zimmerman, (MSPM, BSIM, PMP) has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology industry with half of that in project management. As both a consultant and employee, she has obtained experience in the utilities, manufacturing, education, software development, and financial industries. As a trainer, she has delivered workshops in PMP® Exam Prep Certification, Project Management using Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office tools. Also, Barbara had earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree in Project Management at George Washington University.
